Items can be returned to us in this time for a refund if either, a product is received faulty or damaged, or, if the wrong item has been dispatched, in both instances the item must be returned with all labelling and packaging intact. Delivery charges will not be refunded on a return where the item forms part of a multiple order. if you return an item because either the wrong size or incorrect product was ordered a further delivery charge is payable to resend the correct item. returns are your responsibility until they reach us, we therefore recommend you send these using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
